ToyShelf (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the ToyShelf website at toyshelf.app (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Site.
ToyShelf is currently a website only and does not operate a mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
If you contact us through our Contact page, we may collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, message, and any other information you choose to include.
Messages submitted through our contact form are processed by Resend for email delivery. Cloudflare Turnstile checks interactions with the form to help prevent automated abuse.
When you subscribe to launch updates, we store your email address in a private Resend contact list and use it to send a welcome message and news about new features. You can stop these emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information in messages to us or through Site search features.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, including:
- IP address;
- browser type and version;
- device and operating-system information;
- pages viewed;
- referring page or website;
- date and time of access;
- search, filter, and navigation activity;
- approximate location derived from an IP address; and
- diagnostic, security, and error information.
If you choose the location button in our store finder and allow browser access, we receive your precise location to find nearby stores. Using this feature is optional.
ToyShelf does not currently provide user accounts, personal collections, user photo uploads, payment processing, or other features that require users to maintain a personal profile.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- operate, maintain, and provide the Site;
- respond to messages and support requests;
- improve search, navigation, content, and Site performance;
- understand how the Site is used;

We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

ToyShelf does not receive your payment card information or other checkout information that you provide directly to a retailer.
As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third-party websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to ToyShelf.

ToyShelf does not sell personal information.
