TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TOYSHELF WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SITE.

This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• incorrect availability or pricing information;
• inability to access the Site;
• reliance on third-party information;
• purchases from third-party sellers;
• defective, counterfeit, unsafe, delayed, or unavailable products; or
• actions or omissions of retailers, marketplaces, manufacturers, or other third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToyShelf's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid directly to ToyShelf for use of the Site during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and processed in connection with ToyShelf.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, our practices, or applicable requirements.
